When you feel off, everything is affected. In addition to traditional therapy, I offer my clients my extensive experience in spiritual practices. I experienced many different types of meditations practices on my healing journey. These include mindfulness, transcendental, chakra, visualization, mantra, body scan, theta, deep relaxation, holotropic breath work, and astral projection. This allows us to balance our mind, body, and soul.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting locates points in your visual field that helps access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Dr. David Grand discovered that “Where you look affects how you feel.” It is the brain activity, especially in the subcortical brain, that organizes itself around that eye position.
Brain Spotting has been known to treat people with the following:

- Generalized anxiety
- Specific phobias
- Performance anxiety
